Our Shop

Everyone gets a warm reception at Healing Thyme in Whitchurch, Shropshire. Walk into a haven of relaxing sounds and the pleasing smells from an old Apothecary shop.

Our retail shop includes a herbal dispensary. The craftsman-made wooden shelves hold bottles of herbal tinctures and jars of dried herbs some of which have been grown or wild-crafted and prepared by our own medical herbalists.

Two Medical Herbalists work at Healing Thyme, one of whom is generally available in the shop, including Friday mornings (market day in Whitchurch). They are happy to give advice on general health issues, nutrition and supplements and will make up remedies for minor ailments. They also have their own range of tinctures, creams and first aid items.

  • laundry and household cleaning products from Ecover and Ecoleaf

Many customers take advantage of our efficient customer order service. There is no minimum order requirement and we always contact our customers to let them know when their goods are ready for collection.

We also have a hamper ordering service, and can advise customers who want to give hampers to people with special dietary requirements. Hampers can be made up for any amount from £15.

Healing Thyme Gift Vouchers give the recipient a wide choice of how to spend their gift. They can be given as payment or part-payment for any of our therapies and treatments, and can also be spent in the shop. They are available for any value over £5 and are valid for a year.
