Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a ‘hands-on’ manual therapy system used to treat a wide range of musculo-skeletal conditions.

Typical pain/problems may relate to the back, head/neck, pelvis, hip, knee, ankle & foot, shoulder, elbow, wrist & hand.

Osteopaths are specialists in musculo-skeletal anatomy and use a wide range of techniques to restore health and mobility to damaged tissues which may include joints, ligaments, muscles, tendons and nerves.

Cranial Osteopathy involves gentle refined techniques which may be used on babies, infants and adults to release tension and restore balance to the body.
