Bach Flower Remedies at Healing Thyme

What are the Bach Flower Remedies?

The Bach Flower Remedies comprises of thirty-eight essences derived from different flowers.

They are the result of research by Dr. Edward Bach MD, BS, DPH, MRCS, LRCP (1886-1936) conducted during the early part of the last century.

Dr. Bach's research led him to understand that much of our physical ill-health originates in our emotional and mental state. Through intense study of plants he associated their qualities with particular states of being, chronic conditions and emotional states in people. He linked negative qualities in ourselves to corresponding positive qualities in plants and from this, derived remedies that address specific states of being.

These remedies can be given singly, or in combinations, depending on the specific needs of the recipient and as assessed by the practitioner.
